The shoes were beautiful, comfortable and just how it looks in the pictures. However, I did a store pickup and Macys tried to sell me the floor sample which was scratched and used. I immediately returned it since it was the last one in my size. Macys, do better. How are you going to sell used items at a full price?

Very uncomfortable

I was disappointed because this is usually a good brand, but they were very narrow in the foot and slipped off the back so you can’t go a size up in my opinion but also very uncomfortable like walking on cardboard. I’m very disappointed in the brand right now when are they gonna make boots that are comfortable to wear all day?

So comfortable and stylish!

I have these on right now. They are replacing a slightly shorter pair of Börn boots that I've happily worn for 8 years. They are very comfortable and very nice looking. I love the soft leather gusset on the side. And the square toe bed is nice and roomy.

These should last for years, very well made

These boots are very well made, fit well (I have slightly narrow feet, but wear medium width), and are comfortable. They don’t glide on, but once on, feel great!
