Inadequate Service

shipping provider is inadequate. The shoes may be fine but I never received them nor have I received the promised discount from Macy's. I suggest you but them from a store other than Macy's.

Stylish

Very stylish and comfortable. Fit for me 11m was true to size. Purchased 3 pairs the brown and green colors are so rich looking. Waiting for the saddle color to arrive. Wish this bootie was available in prints such as leopard or snake.

Franco Sarto boots

Perfect height of the heel and looks so chic and very classy . I am usually a 71/2M and I ordered that size because I read the reviews and a lot said it runs small. This one was kinda big and quite long and loose on my feet 😩so I ordered a 7M instead and will compare with this one. I will eventually return this when I get the new order.

Franco Sarto Booties in Brown Suede

I purchased these in the dark brown suede, I found them to fit tru to size in my typical size 7.5. The brown suede is beautiful, and the low heel is very comfortable. They look great with jeans. I may pick up another color, they are really nice!

Beautiful and comfortable ankle boots

I love these Franco Sarto Luella ankle boots. They are so cute and very comfortable. The fit is amazing. People said they run small I ordered my normal size and the fit was perfect. They are perfect for winter.

Cute good shoes. Ankles a little small.

These boots are super cute and well made. They didn't quite fit as the ankle part was a little too small. But when I had them on, even though they weren't zipped, they were comfy and felt supportive.
