A beauty of a shoe

Ordered these shoes in red and they arrived in a glorious shad of red. Was so disappointed when the 9.5W shoes weren't wide enough. Sadly returned.

Beautiful shoe but too tight

Really nice looking shoe but even though I bought it in wide, it was still too tight. It fit me like a regular width shoe.

How can you review an item never received

Macy's sent me a marketing email to review this item even though it was never delivered. After I contacted them, they told me it was out of stock and the customer service rep cancelled my entire order, including the items that were available. Wow. Just. Wow.

Not true wide width

I really wanted these to work because they’re so cute, but the 10 wide was NOT a true wide width. My toes were crushed along with my dreams. I went with the Dr. Scholls Womens Time Off Win Lace Up Platform Sneakers and they are fabulous!
