bad customer service

i keep getting bad customer service from certain female staff at this macys but management doesnt say anything. I would prefer self checkout since that wouldnt be able to make me wait forever to get my items and use my purchase to have the chance to bother me. the chocolates were good.

Candy Cane Frango Mints

Candy Cane frango is THE BEST candy, however last year and this year the inventory is little to none. Disappointing not to have it until Christmas .

Must try, so yummy

I am usually just a dark chocolate person, but I saw these had peppermint and had to try them. So yummy and tasty. You must try, as this will be something I will have to stock up and share each holiday. Nice peppermint crunch, smooth creamy chocolate. Just the perfect balance of peppermint.

Unbelievable, don't waste your cash.

Never have I had chocolate delivered so melted and messy. Cannot tell you how it tastes, as it is one melted box of slop. It is 26 degrees as I type this. It must have sat in a heated post office over the weekend. It will cost more to return it than it is worth. States it was delivered on Jan. 14, 2022, well this is Jan.17, 2022 and it was delivered today.
