Other occasion to buy:Bought/Ordered to use as Christmas gifts, but they expire on Christmas so I can’t use them. Crabby thing to do Macy’s.

Unhappy customer!

Bought for holiday gifts but they expire on the holiday. Bad way to do business.

Melted chocolates

I received a late delivery and melted Frango chocolates. I received an email warning of late delivery from Macy's and could return as "arrived late". Customer service is a bot and could not resolve.

Love the small bites of chocalate. They are delicious and a great snack.

Poor packaging

The chocolates were delivered in a regular pack without any ice pack on a day with 90° temperature. You can guess the rest. Total waste of money. Do not purchase as they do not ship it well.

1 Box At A Time, Not 2

I don't like the 2-Pack concept...the candy is good, but I want to be able to buy just 1 box of candy at a time. By the time I've finished 1 box, the 2nd box of chocolates has turned white...poor chocolate tempering.

FRANGO DARK COCOA CHOCOLATES

As a lover of dark chocolate, I can say most assuredly that these do not disappoint! I first had them almost 30 years ago when I first visited Marshall Fields and they still taste exactly the same! Letting a piece just melt in your mouth, if you can wait that long, is the best way to enjoy. I’m so glad Macy’s kept on the Frango chocolates candies when they purchased Marshall Field’s. I only wish they had the chocolate coffee on a more regular basis as it us very enjoyable also!

Frangos

Please bring back the salted carmal. I have been buying these every year for my daughters Easter and this year I couldn't get this one but we love both dark and milk chocolate as well. So glad Macy's has kept Marshal Fields legend going... No better chocolate in this world!
