Inedible Frango Mints

The Frango mints appeared to have melted and then was frozen. I had to throw them out.

Melted Mess

Arrived completely melted into a giant mess. Didn't know until after I gave as gift & they told me what happened. So embarrassing. I kept it cool since pickup & gave it as gift that same mm. Don't waste your money.

Total fail!

Too bad your site won't let me include a photo because you have to see this to believe it. I knew this was a final sale item but never expected anything like this. Macy's should be ashamed. I've tried adding a photo below but your website is so bad it won't process the request. Macy's is so technologically outdated.
