Frango Mints

We love Frangos but the candy came melted. It was an issue with shipping as we brought the box inside as soon as it arrived. It was very disappointing. Macys did refund us with no problem, though.

Don't order Frango's in July

Big mistake to order Frango's during the hottest month of the year. Mints were boxed in only a plastic bag, no protection from heat on trucks during transit. Arrived partially melted and completely stuck together. Still edible and I take the blame for the timing of the order, but packaging could be much improved this time of year.

Not worth the hassle.

I bought 2 boxes of Frangos and they came melted and a mess. Thing is they won't give you a refund as far as I could tell. Don't buy during the summertime. Not sure why they dont ship in freezer type bags like everyone else does.

Worth It

These are so amazing. I love them, but they are expensive and hard to find. I also don't want to buy packages two at a time. Please, do not discontinue them!

Do Not Buy During Summer

These dark chocolate mints are excellent!! However, do NOT buy them in the summer. They are not packaged for the heat. Our first boxes were partially melted. I called Macy's and they sent replacements. The replacement boxes were completely melted after spending about 9 hours on the delivery truck with no special packaging. They are not available to purchase in the Macy's stores. I definitely recommend purchasing them in cooler weather.
