Candy

Just ordered four boxes of frangos……there should be a better way to ship them in this weather. All four boxes were melted and we cannot give as gifts as they were intended.

Frangos

Frangos were melted when recieved. They were supposed to be delivered in the morning,but didn't arrive until late afternoon/early evening.

Arrived Melted

Both boxes I ordered arrived completely melted. It would be great if another company purchased Frango mints from Macy's to ensure the top quality that they had when part of Marshall Fields.

Don tBuy Frango Mints!

I just gave a birthday present of Frango Mints just purchased. Upon opening they are all melted together and inedible. It shows they are non returnable. i have bought many boxes of these mints with no problem. I am not happy and embarrassed as this was a gift.

Melting Chocolates

Package was put in a remote mailbox and no notification was sent it was there. Quite warm out so the chocolates all melted. Ugh. Should notify or pack with an ice pack.

Not creamy

The first time I ordered these they melted in ur mouth. These do not they are actually hard. Will not order again.

Love these candies- but very surprised no expiration date on either box? Last time I ordered, they had dates.

Bad design wasted product

I lifted the box off the shelf on my refrigerator. The bottom fell out, bounced off the edge of the shelf to land on the floor. Chocolates spewed everywhere.
