IM VERY DESAPOIMENT

I ORDER 9 PIECES DINING SET, I JUST RECIVE 8 PIECES AND MACYS DONT GIVE ME A REFUND FOR THE MISSING PIECE, I DONT TRUST TO BUY ANYTHING ON MACYS ONLINE ANYMORE.

Damaged item delivered

My delivery was delayed even though I had it set up 4 weeks in advance. It was finally rescheduled to be delivered on a week day instead of a weekend as I preferred. I had to take some time off from work to get home to have it set up since I paid everything for the setup included. When the delivery guys opened this TV console, I realized one of its top corner edges was damaged badly. One of the guys told me that he couldn’t take it back until I talked with customer service. He took some pictures and continued his way to the next delivery. I called and talked with a lady who didn’t know what she was doing. When I asked, all she said was I was checking, then put me on a long hold without getting back to me. I then had to call again and talked with another male agent who raised his voice to me when I explained my issues and concerns. He didn’t show any care about finding a resolution to a damage caused by Macy’s. I had to hang up because I couldn’t tolerate his rudeness. Terrible service!
