Item Never Received and No Refund

I do not recommend buying from this seller. This item was never received and Macy’s insists I have to get my refund from the seller. It’s ridiculous that Macy’s won’t provide the refund and deal with the seller to get their money. Multiple phone calls made to Macy’s and emails sent to the seller have not resulted in a resolution. The seller has not responded to my inquiries. As a loyal customer I expected better from Macy’s.
