Nice sweater jacket

I love how it looks a d feels. Its light but keeps you warm when it's chilly. I would give it 5 stars but it is a little short for a xxl.

Worst service yet

I returned two of the jackets and they were received by Jason on January 17th, 2025. Unfortunately, I haven't received my refund yet. Its been 10 days since the return was received by the seller. Surprisingly, its showing "Return initiated" on my account. I will not recommend this seller or even be cautious buying from Macy's. It seems like its time to contact BBB for help.
