Best for Tall, Skinny Women

This is a great summer skirt to dress up or down. It has a nice beach-y vibe. It was too long on me (5'3"), and although you can pull it up higher, that wasn't as comfortable. The stretchy smocked waist/hip is forgiving for a range of body shapes, but the smocking ripples and shows through under tops. This would work best on someone tall and skinny, paired with a midriff-baring top. Sadly, I had to return.
