Great dress, top too baggy

Was looking forward to.trying this dress. Everything was perfect except for the baggy top. Had to return it.

Really beautiful

I loved this dress. It's really beautiful and elegant, and being a petite, the length was just above my knees. Unfortunately, as a pear shape, the tiers emphasized my hips and made me look wider. Sadly I had to return it.
