Beautiful dress, but itchy and runs small!

Wanted to love this dress, bought it for a holiday party, and there was no way I could wear it. Sizing is off and runs one size smaller, the dress was so itchy that even though I was going to wear it, there’s no way I could! Such a disappointment.
