Lost in Transit

This order has been problematic. I ordered and received notice that the order shipped. However the order did not reach the person. The tracking information stated UPS returned to Macys. Each time I have called to inquire the virtual assistant has no information regarding the shipment. They did however offer to reorder or provide a refund. I opted for the refund!
