Worst Customer Service ever

Showed the shipping label was created on 9/23/2023,and I ordered on 9/19. Per the tracking number the item did not ship yet, only the label was created and it is now 9/25/2025. After over an hour of waiting on the phone and their chat I was given conflicting info, that one moment it was being prepared to ship and my new delivery date would be 10/02/2025 and told it shipped on 9/24/205. When I asked for the tracking number, they said they could not give it to me for 48 hrs and I would have to wait that period. Asked 3 times for a manager and held for over 10 mins having to listen to annoying music. Manager told me it was being prepared for shipment, then said it showed it should have shipped on 9/24/2025 and Rachel the Manager was sending an email to Manufacturer to update the status on this order. When I placed this order, it stated delivery was 3 to 6 days. Now it is going to be 2 weeks before I receive it. This will be my last order with Macy's, once received I will be closing acct

POSSIBLY MY FAVORITE

I SAW THIS ONE LAST YEAR AFTER IT WAS SOLD OLD. I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE IT THIS YEAR. I LIKE IT SO MUCH I HAVE AN EXTRA BOUGHT. WHAT IS A SKI LODGE WITHOUT SKIIS? IT IS PERFECT AND I LOVE IT. I AM NOT INTO A LOT OF GLITSY AND THIS IS JUST RIGHT.

Nice could be better

It was great to received this item, however, the red/green where faint in colors. The colors did not "pop" out like the previous Mistletoe Park series. Macy's should add MORE items each year NOT ONLY 2 items they have been doing recently!!! Also, MORE people figurines should be in order...
