Not a true OTK

This boot was not your typical Frye! The first pair was someone's returned boots. The second pair were used. I returned my boots. Not happy with my purchase!

Product inspection questionable

Received my pair that I was waiting anxiously waiting to receive just yesterday. Oh the excitement opening up the package in anticipation of finally having them on my feet ever since seeing them in the store (store was out of my size). Then wha wha.......they sent me a pair of used boots! These boots were worn quite a bit before someone returned them. How does Macy's do that? How did any store clerk accept them on a return? No one examined them before they shipped them out? So so disappointed!!!!
