It has inconsistent heat

My blanket is inconsistent with the heat. I’m not sure if I got one that doesn’t work properly or the brand is always like this but there are literal heat spots that work and then most (70%) that doesn’t really work. I’m great full that it does warm up but sometimes it’s really warm on those spots and sometime the full blast is really not warm at all. So hence the two stars. The fibers are all over the blanket it should be able to warm up all over and not just by my chest and not my feet or the other half of the blanket!
