Unwilling to rectify quality control issue

Putting on the vest I chose n ordered when it finally arrived put a smile on my face. Was perfect I thought, until i looked close. Stitching at bases of zipper was Not sewn completely n zipper was low quality at best. I contacted company, explained, sent pics of broken zipper n shoddy stitching located at location where would recieve maximum stress, at base of zipper, and they refused to offer solution or reduction in price. Suggested I return it if I wasn't satisfied, So I did exctly what they suggstd. Thumbs dwn.
