Horrible experience returning jacket to Macys store. Sleeves very long and can’t be shorten due to zippers. Didn’t know it was a third party sale. I didn’t get the proper return form. I was told I had to wait days. Hopefully I will get my money back. Never again after being a macys customer for 69 years.
