Too small per the size guidelines

I had to return the jacket because it ran small in size even though the size guidelines were present. The leather was soft and beautiful. The color was also very nice.

DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

Shipping was too late (2 weeks after my wife’s birthday). And item was missing buttons and seams were done very poorly. DO NOT BUY THIS HORRIBLE ITEM. oh and I was promised to hear from them in 3 business days. I never did. So not only faulty cheap looking item, but horrible customer service.

Size is very different

I live in us I purchased this online my size is small, but it came way too big!! However the return was easy and smooth with Macy's

Poorly cut

Gorgeous leather coat. Unfortunately the cut is straight up and down. Even in the XS size it's shapeless and unflattering. Sad waste of great materials even at a sale price.
