I received this watch and I have to say that I am very impressed with the design, quality, and durability. It may not be solar powered and instead you have to change the batteries, it’s not a problem. I do agree with the other reviewers saying the buckle on the strap should have been metal instead of plastic, but that just helps keeps the price of the watch down and that’s just being a bit too picky. The addition of the carbon fiber on the bezel makes the watch looks incredible and the Bluetooth connectivity along with all the features of the watch, makes the watch be a great option for pilots, or non pilots.

All functionality of the watch and the GShock app are simple amazing. I will agree with 1 other review on the band clasp is made out of plastic but everything else about the watch is perfect.

Not like they use to make them, I've been a G-Shock customer for over 25 years and love all my G-Shocks. But today I received this one and when I opened the metal case and pulled out the watch, it felt so cheap. The strap was made of the exact same cheap plastic as my grandsons toy watch and to make things worse, the clasp was made of very cheap thin plastic, not metal as all my other ones. I had to be very careful taking it off so that the clasp wouldn't break, so if you decide to buy and keep it, you will be buying clasps for it for as long as you own it.
