Watch purchase unsuccessful

I tried 2 times to buy this online from Macy's. Both times the order was cancelled. I then attempted to call to see if it was in store to pick up but there was no answer with multiple attempts. I have to conclude that Macy's does not want my business / money.

Love the watch (only 1 issue)

Love the watch: the feel, the weight, the stainless steel look, the complications. Only issue: for some reason my DoW (i.e., hand pointing to M T W Th F S S) setting keeps resetting itself to an incorrect day. I have set it twice now and can't determine what is causing it to reset itself.

Accurate and Classy

My Carbon G-Shock is certainly rugged, but there are situations calling for something both dressy and sporty. That’s where this watch comes in. All the ease of pairing it with your phone, functionality, digital accuracy with analog face, plus a steel case and bracelet. Can’t go wrong.
