Great Lounger

Bought those in the light tan 3 yrs ago. Although we are not big people, we use it everyday. It looks like the day it was delivered. It's a meaty man's chair for sure. Reclines smoothly. It is heavy and a little more bulky than I wanted. Very happy with it. But next time a little more slim lined. Nice quality leather.

Delivery incomplete

I love the chair, but Macys has yet to provide the power cord needed for chair to recline. I have contacted customer service numerous times but still have no cord. Two weeks ago a cord was send but to the wrong address. I really want to keep this chair but have about given up hope and may have to return it. Please Macys, send me the power cord.

Gabrine recliner

We love this chair. We shopped around & looked at every recliner in more than one store. Kept coming back to Macy's. This chair matched so well with our new sofa. It is very comfortable & fits the room nicely!!

Disappointed

Beautiful Recliner. 12/17/25 An hour after delivery, the headrest button stopped working. Immediately I called customer service to report. They said someone would be calling me to set an appointment to come out. Here we are 3.5 wks later no call from Macy’s, And to top it off, the reclining button doesn’t work at times now. You would expect better service from Macys especially when you spend that kind of $$ and pay for white glove delivery.

Great Comfort and LOOK!

I Love our new Reclling Sofa and Chair. It's very comfortable. Everyone compliment me on the comfort and the color. We always buy our Furniture at Macy's because they back up what they sell.

Most Comfortable Recliner!!

When I was looking for two recliners, I came across the Gabrine Leather power recliner, and it was beautiful. It came in two colors, and I loved the Ivory; it looked so modern, but it would fit with all styles. I loved that the power buttons are on the arm's inside, making operating easier, especially if you have an injury. The recliner is the most comfortable recliner I sat in, and I have looked at many. The quality is excellent and built to last. The leather is so soft, and the seat is firm, so you don't feel like falling to the floor when you sit, making it easy to get out. I had to wait a while for delivery, but well worth the wait. So happy with my purchases
