weird fabric

I purchased for my husband and upon unpacking immediately felt the weird texture of the fabric. he did not like so I returned.

Incorrect size

I ordered 2 - XLand 2- L and when delivered they were all large,that was very disappointing however no complaints thus far with the quality of the shorts
