Wrong brand shipped

I returned the order because I received the wrong brand and the wrong color.

Item never arrived and I got charge for it.

Item never arrived and I can't find a way to dispute this charge. I had send multiple emails about this and I wasted more than two hours on the phone trying to fix it and no one could helo me to fix this problem
