Wrong item sent
Macy's sent the wrong item - although it looked similar. The zipper was black, and not gray. My daughter did not like the fit of the item sent. It was more difficult to return the item, because the bar code was different when I presented it at the store, but it worked at last.

Where do I start? Never happened with Macy's before but this is a nightmare. I ordered this front zip grey sweatshirt for myself for casual cool days. I received a grey zip front sweatshirt in the mail but it was a weird material and not a I pictured it so I went to the store to return it. The salesperson could not find the item in my account. My account showed a sweatshirt but the manufacturer was different. They suggested maybe I got it someplace else and I should check the bag it was sent in then call customer service. I checked the bag and of course it's from Macys. The item number is the same, but the item itself is different. Customer service told me they'd email me a return label, but I'd need to take it to UPS store to return, and I'd get a refund in about 5-7 days. When I got the label, I noticed it was being returned to the original manufacturer and I got worried that they would think I pulled a switcheroo. So, I called customer service and explained that to them (btw...hold times are over an hour but they do call you back rather quickly). The agent told me not to worry because it was all in the notes. So, I'm returning it tomorrow since today is New Years. I'll let you know the outcome.

Nice and light
A bit larger than I expected, length and width wise. I ordered a medium in the black color, I’m 5 ft 4 in, 155 lbs. it is soft and cozy, lightweight so easy to just have on in the home or running errands. I’m in SoCal so it’s perfect for weather here.

I bought this because I was looking for a new fleece-lined grey hoodie. Not only is it NOT lined with fleece, but the white lining shed all over my black sweater.

I noticed the galaxy fleece sweater on display. I thought it looks cute and wanted to know the price, the cashier told how much it costs i said i would like to purchase the sweater. It fits true to size love it.

Delivery not as promised
I ordered this to have after my hip replacement surgery. It was promised in 3-6 days. It is now not getting here until after surgery. So l had to order something similar from Kohls which got here in 3 days. I won’t even be able to return this jacket to Macy’s in the 30 day timeline for returns because l can’t drive for 6 weeks. Macy’s has not been upholding their promised delivery dates on a lot of things in the past 6 months. I am going to have to quit buying things from them online due to this.
