Broken when recieved.

This was a gift for my granddaughter, when she received it, it was shattered. Come on Macy's, don't send fragile items in an envelope with no cushion!!

Other occasion to buy:The mistletoe in the back of the truck fell off and I had to glue it back on.

Other occasion to buy:Ornament was very cute but was surprised when it came and it was broken

Ornament was broken

Purchased this ornament and when it was received pieces of it we apart but glued it back together. Don't understand how it came apart because it was securely wrapped and packaged.

I was so looking forward to this particular ornament but it arrived broken into pieces. I am so disappointed.
