SCAM

I'm very disappointed and applaud by the color and the mayerial.is cheap.. the foot is already weak..I contacted the seller and they stated I bought black and white.. when I send the purchase states brown.. I'm sick why take these people taking people money

completely different color received

I ordered this item in the oak and gold for my nursery and got the black and white… I don’t know what’s going on, but the seller has refused to help. So super disappointed

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered the dresser in brown and was sent black and white. The 3rd party seller acknowledged they were at fault then offered me $60 back and said I could keep the dresser. They told me that they don't have the brown dresser in stock. However the brown dresser is still shown on the Macy's website as in stock. I told them I want a full refund and they should have the wrong dresser picked up. The box weighs a ton so there is no way I can take it to FedEx. Now that I've rejected their offer and asked for a full refund the seller has gone dark. Crickets. No response.
