Missing part to put bed together

There is a part missing to put the bed together and it’s been so hard finding someone that speaks English to get the correct part to finish putting the bed together. I’ve been emailing someone asking for part #12 and responded that I cannot fit 12 people in the bed. This has been very difficult. I will be returning the bed.

Missing screws and Hardware.

When I got to step 15, I only had one left of screws and none left to finish. I needed this for a party and no response from seller. It was awful to put together and now after it is taking two days to get where I am, I cannot finish it. I emailed days ago with no response. All I asked for is to send what is missing and I wanted it overnight. But no package, no response from a week ago.
