Unhappy with Bed Frame

I have ordered furniture from Macy's and have been very satisfied. In my recent order, I was not happy at all. My husband had to put the bed frame with storage linen together. He said there were at least 50 pieces. If this is how Macy's will deliver their furniture, I will no longer use them. I want to get my furniture put together as much as possible. We did not sign up to assemble Lego blocks—such an inconvenience.
