Not height adjustable headboard

I purchased a queen bed the details says height adjustable and it’s not. It looks like a child’s bed and low to the floor no opportunity to adjust it to the height it is advertised for. • Adjustable Headboard: The bed frame includes a 19.7" high adjustable headboard that can be set between 39.4"' and 43.3", providing comfortable support for your neck and back while accommodating various mattress thicknesses. The 39.4 and 43.3 part is not an option i want a refund or credit for another bed. Its not even by gaomon
