Missing, wrong, and bent parts

Bed is nice, but there were no drawer pulls included. One of the sides of the drawer wouldn't fit because it was the wrong piece. And, we had to unbend the end of one piece below the headboard because it came damaged. So now the bed is together with only one drawer. Assembly was complicated and took over 5 hours. Ive written to the company but no answer yet.
