Nothing aligns…

This is a joke, and an insult of a bed frame!!! Returned it, after trying every which way to put it together. Retailers should NOT be selling this item at all. Not safe.

quality issue

It has been a nightmare since we purchased the bed, The frame is not aligned and the beams keep falling. The mattress then collapsed at one end. it is hard to return it after putting the pieces together. We are trying to contact the seller to find the solution.

Never received merchandise
