Won’t software update

Been downloading installing and resetting the update about 20 times since purchasing yesterday. Doesn’t actually update the software.

This watch is great, it records distance, elevation, and HR very accurately. The OLED screen is very vibrant and easy to read. I have used this watch every day for the past year and a half and don't have any complaints. The battery life is long enough to last for multiple days recording with GPS all day without a charge. Great watch.
