I'm at home watching UPS ping pong my order around the country, having it arrive in my city on a Thursday, with UPS stating delivery no later 6pm Friday, only to discover Friday afternoon it won't be delivered until next Weds even though it arrived in my city at 1:15 am Thursday? ... pretty crappy service, when no one cares. My bad, I should have shopped small biz and I'm going to get a refund and do just that...obviously it's been poached at UPS and I'm waiting for another to be sent ...but like I said, who cares?
