I love this boots. My opinion it looks great with jeans. I wanted a daily boots for my jeans and I also just purchase the black one. For me this boots are countable, but reminder every feet’s are different.

These boots I bought for my wife. They are very nice looking but she said they are not made for long walks, no support.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots didn’t receive
FedEx sent a picture that the shoe was delivered, upon checking I didn’t get it, I called macys the representative I spoke to ask if I wanted a refund and reshipment, I told her i wanted shipment, waited a few days nothing came to my email, I called macys a second time to find out what’s going on, then I got a email my request was denied, the other pair of shoe in the order was taking a while to ship so I called and tell them to cancel they then told me they cannot since it’s a third party seller, so after a few days the eventually cancel, I was in shock, I think macys fell off, won’t be ordering again, I get no shoe, very disappointed of the way they treated me

I tried ordering these shoes 4 times since January 2024 and they keep sending me the WRONG BOOTIES. I called customer service many times and I told them that the item number was the same on both shoes. Good luck
