incorrect item

I ordered the item and waited longer than usual shipping from Macy’s to receive the item. But when delivered, the item and the size is not the same one I ordered.

Placed order and was waiting on shipping. After 5 days they canceled the order with no notification. I only learned of it by attempting to track the order. Very disappointed

Though they are cute, the toe divider is VERY SHORT and is uncomfortable when wearing for a long period of time. Hoping it will loosen up and stretch a little.
