Ripped pants while wearing them in public

I purchased the pants in July 2023. I wore them approximately about 7 or 8 times since the purchase. Today 5/1/24 they completely split near the seam of the butt area. I was not aware they had spilt in the back until I arrive home after 6 hours of wearing them to the bank and shopping. I was embarrassed
