Disappointed

They never arrived! Bought them on Sept. 6th. Sept. 8th they were shipped and tracking said they were in Monroe ,NY. Sept. 15th tracking said they were still in Monroe, NY.which is only an hour from my home. I let the seller know and think I'll be getting a refund
