Beautiful Bracelet BUT….

This item is sold by a 3rd party seller meaning if you have to return it you will need to wait 2-3 weeks for your account credit. My daughter is very petite & the bracelet was too big. When I took it to the store to return I was very surprised to find I would have to wait for my account to be credited. So surprised that Macy’s would not credit my account. Now I have to pay my credit card, wait for the credit to be applied by the 3rd party seller, & THEN WAIT FOR MACY’S TO SEND ME A CHECK! Needless to say it will be a couple months before I actually get my money back! Sad to say but I’m not sure that I will do an online order from Macy’s again. As a long time customer I always thought Macy’s was better than this.

Well made - authentic!

This bracelet is very pretty. it looks great. The stones are authentic looking! And it’s well made. I had the occasion to speak with customer service and they were polite helpful and went above and beyond to help me. if your thinking about this bracelet - don’t hesitate, it’s is indeed quite an eye catcher!!!
