Beautiful set!
Finally I can add my review! We purchased this sectional set in January. The original delivery was very quick but upon delivery we noticed that one of the recliners didn't work, and the wedge piece was torn on the bottom. Macy's sent a technician out to try to fix it and Macy's ended up replacing the pieces, again quickly. Once the pieces were replaced I noticed immediately that the stitching on the other pieces aligned very nicely except for one stationary piece. So again a technician was sent out who said there was really nothing he could do because sometimes sectional pieces don't align perfectly due to individual workmanship, but to call Macy's customer service. I called and they agreed to send a replacement piece to see if it aligns better. The delivery just came and I can finally say that I love my set, all the pieces align beautifully and we're so happy with it! Beautiful color ( it said sambuca on the original order but I believe it may be also be called capuccino,) fine quality leather, extremely comfortable, and the recliners work perfectly. Macy's was wonderful to work with and the delivery people were all very efficient and courteous. I told my husband that if we had ordered from another furniture store, I doubt they would have worked so hard with us as Macy's did to make sure we were satisfied.
Gorgeous
I absolutely love this sectional. It is so well made and rich looking. I considered two others from different stores that were about $1000 less but the quality was nowhere near comparable. The cappuccino color is a gorgeous brown and the pebble leather is extremely durable. I use all recliners to get different laying / lounging positions - so glad I sprung for this.
Beautiful sectional
This sectional arrived today. It is so nice to have a color that is not dark brown, black or white. Love it ! The delivery really was white glove service. For multiple power recliners, I would rather the power cords be connected in series rather than individually plugged in to an outlet..
Fantastic Sectional
Not only is this sectional stylish and beautiful but the most comfortable and functional sofa you will ever sit in. Both end pieces work electronically and the both have USB ports. You can plug in your laptop or iPad or charge your phone while you are relaxing there. The Italian leather is perfection, I bought in the sambucca color and it's beautiful. it's not too dark and not too light I just love it. By far this is the best sectional I have ever bought. This is pure luxury and elegance. Also the delivery was excellent. They called and told me the time they would arrive and were here exactly at that time. The two men were very nice and did a great job in setting the sofa up. They arranged it in the order I wanted and tested everything, making sure everything was working properly.
