Gianni Bernini

Good afternoon, I’m forced to write this review. I’m not an influencer but im a customer that is very upset with this product. Gianni Bernini I love this tote but not satisfied with the bag handle/ strap. The strap’s stitching is pilling off after 7 days of use. This bag was given as Christmas gift, I’ve reached out to Macy’s and the representative was obviously following protocol and will not exchange the item or accept return.

Seasons change

I bought this tote for my aunt who is hailing from the islands. I hope she will get full use of this bag, being that she was in the market for and brighter pocketbook.
