Cute earrings. Terrible customer service.

Bought these adorable earrings for my 5y/o granddaughter. Arrived broken. They were in a plastic bag inside a barely padded envelope. Packaging didn’t provide any protection and thus the post was snapped off. I am annoyed, that in the midst of the holiday season, I have to ship back this item to get refunded. I would have preferred to have the earrings replaced, but this was not an option. So not only am I inconvenienced by having to return these earrings, but I have to now find a replacement gift. Honestly, Macy’s, you can do better.
