Terrible shipping and packaging

This chain and charm are very small and fragile. The pics make it seem like it’s more substantial. Regarding the shipping, it was taped to the hard plastic and sent with an actual knot in the chain. I do not recommend this item nor do I encourage ordering jewelry to be shipped from Macys, the other items I received were also poorly packaged. It’s as if they want your items to be damaged. I’m so disappointed
