What a Surprise!

I really like this bag. It's amazing how much it holds and how easy it is to organize. Especially like the front and back pockets. You have easy access to your things without having to open the bag. I also like that the inside pocket zips. Very pleased with this purchase.

Stunning, Soft look

4 pockets outside, being a 4 poster two sides and a zippered pocket inside. Can put wallet and important items in the closed pocket. So many places for so many items, you might lose track of where. Classic look with the pale color, for everyday.

Got someone’s return?

Received the Giani handbag today. Upon opening, noticed cracker crumbs at the bottom in one of the compartments, about three small pieces. Turning the bag upside down to shake out crumbs a pair of nail clippers fell out. Definitely used bag although looked like original price tag was attached. The bag did not show unusual wear and tear so I am going to keep. However, fulfillment center should be more careful when filling orders. Packaging was passable. What I love about this bag is the softness and lots of compartments.

I got someone's return.

Love the rose color, I have the shoulder bag too however, they sent me someone's return which is irritating to me. Also the shoulder bag has a phone pocket and this one doesn't.I am not going to send it back cause I have no guarantee I won't get another return. I think I am done buying things online.

Disappointed. Snap closure broke after just a couple of uses. Now it's past the return deadline.

Price adjustment

Still didn’t get the price adjustment I called and emailed about when the item was delivered with a lower price tag than the amount I was charged.
