Handles fell apart fast

I have had 2 of this model. The first, purchased at least 4 years ago, lasted about 3 years before signs of wear. The stitching for the cloth lining started to come loose, and the leather handles were cracking. Not bad for 3 years! I bought a backup about a year ago, and started to use it this fall. The "leather" on the handles is the thickness of cheap aluminum foil, and has already ripped along the stitching (in less than 1 month). The rest of the handbag is fine. However, there is no way to repair the handles! Macy's, this is a DEFECTIVE product! Believe the bad reviews!!

Nice navy leather tote bag

Lovely navy leather medium-sized bag. Handles will fit over the shoulder as a shoulder bag. Not too bulkly as the height allows for taller items to fit.

Not leather

They should not sell this as leather. It is not leather. It is plastic. I bought the same one a couple of years ago and was replacing it. There is no comparison. The old was was mostly leather.

Lovely bag

This is a moderately priced soft quality purse with nice storage. It’s a very soft lover and I’m hoping it holds up like other leather bags that have more grain.
