Perfect chic handbag

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this handbag. I usually go for the larger handbag/purse which I can fit the kitchen sink in BUT . . . have downsized to this gorgeous, soft leather handbag which fits my wallet, cell phone, cosmetic bag in the middle. Side pockets with zipper used for keys and other miscellaneous items. Trying so hard to lighten the weight and keep the handbag fashionably chic!

Great purse, but bad quality control

So I love this style of purse…this is my third black purse from using it daily over the years, and I have the same style in a couple of different colors. It’s very comfortable and versatile. The quality control seems to have gone downhill though…this purse arrived with stains and small scratches (see attached photos), and I missed Macy’s new 30-day return window since as a longtime customer, I was accustomed to Macy’s previous longer return policies. I called Macy’s customer service and was very friendly, but the customer service agent and her manager scolded me for missing the 30-day return window and told me that they couldn’t do anything for me.
