Defective poor craftsmanship

Purchased this bag only five months the ago. Only carried it a few times due to the strap attachments are unraveling and red stitching is hanging out on both sides. Unfortunately Macys return policy is only 30 days which isn’t enough time for product defects. Macys refused to address the issue pretty much told me too bad they cannot help me and the manufacturer policy is the same! This product is exclusively made for Macys and it is of poor quality not worth the money! Buyer beware. Terrible product and Macys customer service and policy’s for defective products is ridiculous!
