Practical

Beautiful and practical. It has 2 zippers and it opens up all of the way so is becomes very wide.

Something’s Missing

I really like this bag, but the shoulder strap is missing and I really need and use it. There were other signs that it might have been a return because the front emblem was also dirty. I cleaned it and it’s fine now. I expect more from Macy’s.

Not what’s advertised

Packaging was amazing , but the color in the picture does not match the bag physically , in the picture the bag looks like a mix of super light grey , but I realized that the bag is dark gray once it arrived
